The Imps Veterans bring together former members and experienced players who want to keep enjoying brass band music in a relaxed, social setting. Free from the demands of top-level contesting, the Veterans perform at community events, charity concerts, and social gatherings throughout the year — keeping the Imps spirit alive across generations of players. Our small ensemble is a flexible group drawn from members of the Yorkshire Imperial Band, offering a polished brass sound perfectly suited to more intimate settings. From wedding ceremonies and drinks receptions to corporate functions and private parties, the small group brings the quality and warmth of the Mighty Imps to events where a full band might not be practical. The ensemble can be tailored to suit your occasion, with configurations ranging from a brass quartet up to a small brass group with percussion.
