Imps Quick on the Draw

The Imps were unlucky to be drawn the dreaded number one spot for the First Section Butlins Mineworkers Festival contest this weekend.

Playing Andrew Duncan’s piece “A Hebridean Suite”, and conducted by David Nesbitt, the band were up very early for what turned out to be a solid display but predictably got lost in the pack with over 24 bands contesting.
